 We are a Veteran/Women-/Minority Owned Business - Engaging in General/Family/Internal Medicine & Specialty practice with a passion and commitment to make a difference in the life our patients. Our primary focus is providing all-encompassing evidence-based primary care services including but not limited to health promotion, disease prevention and management tailored to the needs of individuals and families across the lifespan 

We treat minor and acute illnesses, as well as managing chronic diseases across the lifespan.  We provide specialty medicine services including office-based buprenorphine treatment/medication assisted therapy for drug/opioid use disorder/dependency. Also, we provide medically supervised weight loss treatment for obese individuals with coexisting conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high blood cholesterol, to improve overall health outcome. We are currently out-sourcing psychological and counseling services which will be available at our clinic soon.
